Role Overview

The Business Growth Specialist role involves working closely with our Account Managers to identify opportunities for growth and exceeding revenue targets.

Key Activities
  1. Develop and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
  2. Analyse data to inform sales strategies and improve contact ratios.
  3. Collaborate with the marketing team to achieve sales KPIs.
  4. Arrange meetings with key decision makers and new contacts.
  5. Compose professional emails that meet our brand standards.
  6. Nurture relationships with customers and prospects.
  7. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
  8. Prioritise tasks to maximise productivity and efficiency.
What We're Looking For
  • GCSE-level qualifications in Mathematics and English.
  • At least 24 months of experience in a similar sales role within a B2B environment.
