We are seeking a Revenue Generation Manager to join our team at BeBee Professionals in Worcester. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through new business opportunities and fostering relationships with key clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals, collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Present sales proposals to clients, highlighting the value proposition of our services and products.
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Maintain a strong network of contacts and relationships within the industry, staying up-to-date on the latest trends and developments.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with a strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
  • Proven experience in sales or a related role, ideally in technology, with a track record of success.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • A strong analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Salary and Benefits:
  • $65,000 - $85,000 per year, plus commissions and bonuses based on performance.
