Job Opportunity

A Sales and Outreach Specialist role has become available, involving generating new business opportunities by engaging prospects, qualifying leads, and supporting growth through high outbound activity.

  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social selling to identify and qualify potential clients
  • Book qualified meetings for the business development team
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of leads using CRM system
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to optimise outreach strategies
  • Report on activity levels and key metrics to ensure alignment with business goals

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales development or lead generation role
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable with high volumes of outbound activity
  • A results-driven mindset with passion for hitting and exceeding targets
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage prospects confidently
  • Organised and proficient in CRM tools and lead tracking

What We Offer:
