Job OpportunityA Sales and Outreach Specialist role has become available, involving generating new business opportunities by engaging prospects, qualifying leads, and supporting growth through high outbound activity.
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social selling to identify and qualify potential clients
- Book qualified meetings for the business development team
- Build and maintain a pipeline of leads using CRM system
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to optimise outreach strategies
- Report on activity levels and key metrics to ensure alignment with business goals
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales development or lead generation role
- Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable with high volumes of outbound activity
- A results-driven mindset with passion for hitting and exceeding targets
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage prospects confidently
- Organised and proficient in CRM tools and lead tracking
