Mental Health Support Professional

About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and empathetic Mental Health Support Professional to join our specialist secondary school in Salford. The successful candidate will provide classroom and 1:1 support to students with a range of mental health challenges.
- Support students with anxiety, depression, and emotional difficulties
- Collaborate with teachers and the SEMH support team to create and implement individual support plans
- Help students manage emotions and behaviors through structured activities
- Regularly monitor student wellbeing and adapt strategies as needed
About You
We are looking for a graduate with a strong passion for supporting young people. You will need to be patient, empathetic, and have strong communication skills. If you have a degree in education, psychology, social work, or a related field, we encourage you to apply.
We value a positive attitude and a genuine interest in SEMH support. If you have the drive and passion to help young people, we can provide the training you need.
