The successful candidate will be part of a well-resourced and enthusiastic Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) comprising consultant psychiatrists, clinical psychologists, junior doctors, nurses, social workers, OTs, and support workers.

Greater Manchester is a vibrant and diverse region offering a great quality of life, with easy access to urban and rural environments. Our people enjoy their work, have opportunities to learn and develop their skills, and are encouraged to generate new ideas that improve care for our service users.
Benefits:
- A competitive salary, estimated at £25,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including enhanced pay for evening shifts, Saturdays, and Sundays, plus a generous annual leave allowance.
- An excellent pension scheme and cycle-to-work scheme.
- Opportunities for professional development and career progression.
- A commitment to staff wellbeing and a supportive work environment.
Person Specification:
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with:
- A minimum Upper Second Class Degree in Psychology or a related field, with entitlement to graduate membership of the British Psychological Society.
- Experience of working with people with mental health difficulties and under supervision.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
