We are seeking an experienced RMN to join our team as a Deputy Ward Manager at Meadowbrook, providing high-quality care to adults of working age with mental health issues.

As a dynamic leader, you will be responsible for supporting the Ward Manager in developing and transforming nursing care provision, ensuring it meets the needs of service users and reflects best clinical practices. Your expertise will be essential in promoting a culture of excellence, quality, and safety within the ward.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A degree in Nursing (RMN) and relevant post-registration qualifications;
  • Substantial experience in mental health care, preferably in a similar specialty;
  • Demonstrable expertise in clinical risk assessment, NMC Standards, and Code of Conduct;
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams, implement change management processes, and maintain morale in a fast-paced environment;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals.
