About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join our successful and supportive team at Cromwell House Community Mental Health Team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering an evidence-based Occupational therapy service provision to service users with severe and enduring mental health needs.
Main Responsibilities
As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for undertaking full-time Occupational Therapist role within the team, focusing solely on delivering an evidence-based Occupational therapy service provision. You will work with a defined caseload of service users and take a lead on delivering recovery-focused groups in the community. You will also support with line management of junior OT members of staff.
Key Requirements
- HCPC registered OT
- Previous experience working as a qualified Occupational Therapist
- Experience of working in a mental health field
