About Us

We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team at DFL on a casual basis.

This role is perfect for someone who excels in delivering exceptional customer service across various channels.

  • Manage inbound and outbound fan/customer contact, resolving complaints and queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate and clear information to supporters, promoting relevant services as needed.
  • Represent the Liverpool FC brand by maintaining high-quality interactions and adhering to data management and security guidelines.
  • Record supporter contact reasons to inform future planning and forecasting.

This is a casual position with no fixed hours or commitment. At Liverpool Football Club, we value diversity and inclusion, striving to make a positive impact in our communities.

Estimated Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
