We are seeking an inspirational Support and Inclusion Specialist to work alongside our teaching team to support students with SEND. As a dedicated professional, you will be committed to enabling our students to maximise their potential based on high expectations and by building strong relationships with both the student and their family.

Our goal is to provide an inclusive learning environment that caters to the diverse needs of all students.

Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities as a Support and Inclusion Specialist will include:
  • Working closely with teachers to develop and implement individualised support plans for students with SEND.
  • BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH STUDENTS AND THEIR FAMILIES TO ENSURE EFFECTIVE SUPPORT AND COMMUNICATION.
  • Providing pastoral care and support to students, including monitoring attendance and behaviour.
  • Assisting teachers with lesson planning and delivery to ensure an inclusive learning environment.

Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is £31,067 - £32,115 per annum, dependent on experience. As a valued member of our team, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including opportunities for professional development and career progression.
