Job Description:
As a SEND Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment for children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). Our specialist school is committed to helping every pupil reach their full potential, and we are seeking a dedicated and passionate educator to join our expert team.
About the Job:
- You will plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to the individual needs of pupils.
- You will work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and other specialists to ensure the best outcomes for every child.
- You will create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages confidence and independence.
- You will implement and contribute to Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs) for pupils.
- You will monitor and assess pupils' progress, adapting teaching strategies to support their development.
- You will foster strong relationships with pupils, parents, and the wider school community.
