About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our Supporter Services team as a Customer Experience Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound fan/customer contact, resolving complaints and queries, and delivering consistently excellent service across phone calls, emails, web chat, and face-to-face interactions.
- Efficiently handle contacts from Liverpool FC supporters relating to various club products and services.
- Provide clear and accurate information to supporters and promote relevant services as necessary.
- Represent the LFC Brand by delivering high-quality interactions and maintaining supporter information integrity.
- Adhere to Club policies and procedures, focusing on security, data management, payment information, and cash handling guidelines.
- Accurately record reasons for supporter contact to inform future planning and forecasting.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer focus, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This is a casual position with a competitive salary of approximately £25,000 per annum, reflecting the role's responsibilities and requirements.
