Business Development Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to drive sales growth and develop customer relationships across multiple TPS Centres in the West Midlands. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences, identifying and securing new customer accounts, and implementing sales strategies to boost revenue from mechanical customers.

About the Role:
This challenging role requires exceptional communication skills, product expertise, and strategic thinking to achieve sales targets and expand the loyal customer base. You will be a brand ambassador, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and promoting TPS products effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
* Achieve target KPIs and revenue objectives for key mechanical customers
* Identify, secure, and develop new customer accounts within your territory
* Embed and support marketing initiatives, monitoring their success and effectiveness

Requirements:
* Proven ability to engage and communicate with diverse stakeholders
* Experience in creating and managing business growth strategies
* High level of IT literacy and technical proficiency

Compensation:
£60,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
