About the Role

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a seasoned sales professional to join our client as an Area Sales Manager in Coventry, covering the Midlands and North regions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth across the designated areas, developing strong relationships with key clients, and identifying new business opportunities.

Company Overview

Our client is a well-established plant-hire supplier with five regional depots in the UK, serving various industry sectors such as construction, rail, and events. They offer a comprehensive range of lighting and compacting equipment.

As an Area Sales Manager, you will play a vital role in contributing to the company's continued success and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth across assigned territories through strategic planning and effective relationship-building.
  • Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and attract new customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, collaborating with internal teams to secure contracts.
Benefits and Remuneration

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary package, including:

  • A base salary of £45,000 per annum (estimated).
  • A car allowance, fuel card, laptop, and mobile phone provision.
  • A benefits package that includes health insurance, pension scheme, and paid annual leave.
Requirements and Qualifications

  • A proven track record in sales, preferably in the plant-hire or related industries.
