Regional Sales Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales and service operations across the Midlands and North regions. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and service delivery
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales performance and customer feedback
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales and management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
