Sales Opportunity: We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer to join our team in the Midlands region. This role offers a unique chance to develop your career with a leading provider of surface finishing solutions.

About the Role:
In this position, you will be responsible for achieving business objectives by establishing and meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals. You will work closely with the Sales Manager to coordinate sales operations, collaborating with various departments to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives. Timely and accurate sales forecasts are essential, along with producing detailed weekly and monthly performance reports to track progress against objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve business objectives by establishing and meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager to coordinate sales operations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate sales forecasts.
  • Produce detailed weekly and monthly performance reports.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must have a proven track record in sales, with the ability to develop new business and maintain long-term relationships with clients. A strong background in surface finishing technologies is also required. Based in Coventry, but open to candidates from surrounding regions, this role involves travel within the UK as needed.

Estimated Salary: £38,000 per annum.
