2nd Line IT Support Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join our team at Hamilton Barnes. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 2nd line support for end users, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Work across various devices and platforms to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior engineers as necessary.
  • Respond to and prioritize tickets in a timely manner.
  • Communicate effectively with customers via email and telephone.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of IT systems and networks.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
