Job Title:
Part-time People and Culture Manager
Key Responsibilities:
This exciting opportunity requires coordinating new employee recruitment efforts with all relevant stakeholders, including job postings, ATS automations, pipeline management, interview scheduling, and other tasks as necessary. Additionally, work closely with the Operations circle (legal and compliance) to ensure that all employment contracts and EOR arrangements are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with applicable laws. Support payroll processes and benefits administration, as needed. Organize in-person team events such as Teamdays, team breakfasts, and special events, including travel arrangements for out-of-area employees.
Required Skills:
The ideal candidate should possess 3-5 years of mid-level experience with modern HR operations, including ATS, HRIS, payroll, and benefits administration. They must be able to effectively communicate with various stakeholders and maintain accurate records. A competitive salary of around £40,000 - £55,000 per annum is on offer, depending on experience.
