Sales Negotiator

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Negotiator to join our rapidly growing department based in our office. As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales process of retirement apartments across the country.
Key Responsibilities:- Generating, booking and conducting market appraisals to identify potential buyers and sellers.
- Generating, arranging and following up viewings to showcase our properties and build relationships with clients.
- Negotiating the best possible price for our vendors, ensuring a smooth and successful sales process.
- Keeping vendors up to date with the marketing of their property, providing regular updates and feedback.
- Sales progression, working closely with our sales and lettings team to ensure a seamless sales process.
- Assisting in the preparation of marketing literature, including brochures and other sales materials.
- Working closely with our lodge managers and contractors across the country to generate additional business and build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Communicating the lifestyle benefits of retirement living, highlighting the advantages of our properties and services.
- Preparing marketing brochures for each property, showcasing its unique features and benefits.
We are looking for a motivated, successful, and experienced sales or lettings negotiator who is looking to join a forward-thinking, supportive company with a strong desire for expansion. Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be driven to achieve and exceed targets, and be willing to go the extra mile to support our buyers and sellers.
You will have excellent computer skills, be able to manage and prioritize your workload at all times, and be self-motivated. Previous property experience is essential for this role, as is a demonstrable knowledge of current legislation. Full training and support will be given, as will the opportunity to gain professional qualifications.
