Property Sales Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Negotiator to join our rapidly growing department based in our office. As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales process of retirement apartments across the country.
Key Responsibilities:- Generating, booking and conducting market appraisals to identify potential buyers
- Generating, arranging and following up viewings to showcase our properties
- Negotiating the best possible price for our vendors to ensure maximum returns
- Keeping vendors up to date with the marketing of their property to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Sales progression to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process
- Assisting in the preparation of marketing literature to showcase our properties in the best possible light
- Working closely with lodge managers and contractors across the country to generate additional business opportunities
- Communicating the lifestyle benefits of retirement living to potential buyers
- Preparing marketing brochures for each property to showcase its unique features
We are looking for a motivated, successful, and experienced sales or lettings negotiator who is looking to join a forward-thinking, supportive company with a strong desire for expansion. Our ideal candidate will be able to communicate effectively, driven to achieve and exceed targets, and willing to go the extra mile to support our buyers and sellers.
You will have excellent computer skills, be able to manage and prioritize your workload at all times, and be self-motivated. Previous property experience is essential for this role, as is a demonstrable knowledge of current legislation. Full training and support will be given, as will the opportunity to gain professional qualifications.
