**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Transfer Administrator to join our team at Bond Williams Limited. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for managing property sales, transfers, and rentals, coordinating closely with solicitors, homeowners, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage property sales, transfers, and rentals, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks
  • Coordinate with solicitors, homeowners, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property transactions
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the administration team to achieve departmental goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in property administration or a related field
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
