Property Transfer Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Property Legal Administrator to join our Property Transfer team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support in all aspects of property sales, transfers, and rentals, including dealing with solicitors, internal stakeholders, homeowners, and their families, Land Registry, and more.
You will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing a high level of customer service and ensuring that all interactions are professional and courteous.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support in property sales, transfers, and rentals
- Deal with solicitors, internal stakeholders, homeowners, and their families, Land Registry, and other external parties
- Manage customer interactions, providing a high level of customer service
- Ensure all interactions are professional and courteous
- Support the development of IT and internal systems to improve automation and workflows
- Stay up-to-date with current and new legislation relevant to ARMA, AIRPM, and RICS
- Liaise with Group Finance on the HTBR mortgage product, including issuing redemption and annual statements, Anti-Money Laundering, proof of funds checks, Change of Circumstance communications, and interest calculations
About You
We are looking for an experienced Property Legal Administrator who has a passion for property and administration. You will have a proven track record of providing excellent customer service and have a strong eye for detail.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in property administration, conveyancing, or a related field
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel
- GCSE Level C/5 in English language and numeracy
