Sales Negotiator

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Negotiator to join our rapidly growing department at Churchill Living Ltd. As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales process of retirement apartments across the country.
Key Responsibilities- Generate, book, and conduct market appraisals to showcase the value of our properties.
- Arrange and follow up on viewings to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Negotiate the best possible price for our vendors, leveraging your expertise and market knowledge.
- Keep vendors informed about the marketing of their properties, providing regular updates and progress reports.
- Assist in the preparation of marketing literature, including brochures and other sales materials.
- Work closely with Lodge Managers and Contractors to generate additional business opportunities.
- Communicate the lifestyle benefits of Churchill Living, highlighting the unique features and advantages of our properties.
- Prepare marketing brochures for each property, showcasing its features and amenities.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Sales & Lettings Manager, contributing to the overall success of the team.
We are looking for a motivated, successful, and experienced Negotiator who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. As a Sales Negotiator at Churchill Living Ltd, you will have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with vendors, customers, and colleagues.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills, with a proven track record of achieving targets and exceeding expectations.
- Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in sales software and other relevant tools.
- Ability to manage and prioritize your workload, meeting deadlines and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivation and a drive to succeed, with a willingness to go the extra mile to support our customers and vendors.
