About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Workshop Team Supervisor to join our team at Machine Mart. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring seamless customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead from the front, managing a small team of 4-6 members of staff and developing strategies to improve sales performance and meet challenging targets
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration among staff
  • Build strong relationships with customers, providing expert advice and guidance on our product range
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in leading a small team and achieving sales targets
  • Managerial experience within a retail or field sales position, preferably in a hard goods environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth
