Senior Accountancy Professional

We are recruiting for a Tax Manager to join our client's team in NW London. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a forward-thinking firm of accountants and contribute to the success of their tax department.
Job OverviewThe successful candidate will have:
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in a dedicated tax role within UK accountancy practice
- Good all-round knowledge of UK taxation
- Excellent communication skills
You will be responsible for leading the tax team, managing work schedules, and dealing with complex tax issues.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs Tax Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Planning and controlling work schedules of tax staff
- Reviewing and dealing with tax compliance work
- Dealing with complex tax and tax planning issues for clients
- Working with partners to ensure adequate fee recoveries
- Supervising and training junior team members
You will also assist partners in recruitment and appraisal processes and work with the Training Partner to maintain up-to-date technical and soft skills training.
