Luxury Sales Representative

As a Senior Client Advisor for Fendi Italia Srl, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences in our New Bond Street Flagship Store, London. Your primary goal is to provide an extraordinary and luxurious experience to clients, fostering strong relationships and driving sales growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling across all product categories.
- Maintaining individual sales performance and achieving targets set by the Department Manager/Store Manager.
- Providing customer feedback on products, especially newly launched ones.
Client Management:
- Strengthening customer relations and nurturing a loyal Fendi customer base through effective CRM tool usage.
- Implementing CRM campaigns and setting up one-on-one appointments aligned with targets and guidelines.
- Ensuring customer service quality meets expectations by offering a professional and personalized approach.
Store Operations:
- Performing store duties assigned by team leaders and management.
- Correctly operating the Company Sales Management system in areas related to stock transfer, payment, stock inquiry, and customer database input.
Stock Management:
- Maintaining inventory accuracy by receiving, displaying, and storing merchandise according to company guidelines.
- Supporting during store stock takes and cycle counts.
Profile:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in the retail fashion industry, with at least 2 years in luxury sales.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
- Maintaining high personal image standards.
- Strong selling and communication skills required.
- Excellent relationship skills; self-reliant, friendly, and patient.
- Demonstrating organization, professionalism, and self-confidence.
- Computer skills and knowledge of retail management systems.
- Goal-oriented approach and ability to multitask.
- Strong knowledge and/or interest in the fashion/luxury industry.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages a plus.
