Job Description:

FENDI is seeking an experienced Retail Fashion Specialist to join our team as an English-speaking sales representative. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in luxury retail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, using CRM tools to drive loyalty and repeat business.
  • Deliver high-quality sales performance, achieving targets and KPIs set by management.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in Retail Fashion, with at least 2 years in Luxury Sales.
  • Strong expertise in Menswear and knowledge of the fashion/luxury industry.
  • Fluent English speaker; additional languages a plus.
Compensation Package:

The estimated annual salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000, depending on experience and qualifications. FENDI offers a comprehensive compensation package, including opportunities for career growth and development.
