Job Description
Cavendish Maine Careers is a leading business in the luxury goods industry, seeking a Luxury Goods Export Admin to join their team. This role involves providing administrative support, project coordination, and contract management for international sales. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prepare quotations and sales orders according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate export sales projects, ensuring timely delivery and meeting customer expectations.
  • Assist in setting up report listings for ongoing projects and updating their status regularly.
  • Support the development of new product launches and seasonal promotions.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, using data analysis tools to inform business decisions.

Requirements
The successful candidate will have:
  • Excellent communication and language skills in English and German.
  • A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in international sales coordination or a similar role.

Benefits and Salary
This role offers a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
