This is where you come in - as a Total Rewards Specialist, you will lead the development and execution of a Group-wide Reward & Benefits strategy that supports Dandara's business objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive reward framework that aligns with our business goals.
  • Design and implement policies, processes, and frameworks for annual pay reviews, market benchmarking, variable pay, and benefit renewals.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on Reward & Benefits, working closely with senior leaders to ensure strategies align with broader people initiatives.
  • Enhance employee benefits to meet their needs and support the business.
  • Manage Long-Term Incentive schemes, bonus schemes, and executive reward processes.
  • Communicate effectively about reward and benefits, engaging employees through clear and innovative communications.
What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Desirable experience in residential construction, ideally volume housebuilding or Build to Rent sectors.
  • A proven track record in developing and executing reward and benefits strategies in a multi-site organisation.
  • Extensive experience in reward and benefit-related HR functions.
  • An analytical mindset with strong data focus and excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to present concepts to senior leaders effectively.
