About this Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our employee rewards and benefits initiatives across EMEA. As part of our dynamic team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our reward strategy, driving business results, and enhancing employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a comprehensive total reward strategy, aligning with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to develop and maintain grading systems, ensuring equity and fairness.
  • Foster relationships with external providers, prioritizing benchmarking data submissions and maintaining accurate records.
  • Deliver high-quality reports and insights, supporting informed decision-making and business growth.

Required Skills:

  • Proven expertise in Total Reward and Long-Term Incentive Plans, with experience in designing and implementing effective strategies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.

Estimated Salary: £95,000 - £130,000 per annum
