Job DescriptionSalary: €120,000 - €150,000 per annum

The Global Rewards Leader will play a pivotal role in shaping our compensation and benefits strategy to attract, engage, and retain top talent across the EMEA region.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement competitive reward programmes that align with business objectives and market trends.
  • Support the global annual salary review process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage benefits administration across EMEA, guaranteeing compliance, cost-effectiveness, and clear communication to employees.
  • Oversee EMEA legal entity rationalisation projects from planning through to implementation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop engagement plans promoting understanding and participation in reward offerings.
  • Conduct benchmarking of compensation and benefits against EMEA market data to maintain competitiveness.
  • Ensure all reward programmes comply with regional legislation, tax requirements, and company policies.
  • Build strong partnerships with HR, Finance, and other internal teams as a trusted advisor on reward-related matters.
  • Drive continuous improvements in reward and benefits processes by implementing best practices and optimising systems.
RequirementsQualifications & Experience:
  • Degree in HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years' experience in HR reward and benefits management, specifically within the EMEA region.
  • Strong expertise in reward strategies and benefits administration, with an understanding of EMEA-specific regulations.
  • Proven track record in managing compensation programmes, including budgeting, strategic planning, and procedural change.
