Role Overview

We are seeking a part-time Food & Beverage Assistant to join our professional team at Relais & Châteaux Thornbury Castle.

About the Job

As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you will be working in a unique and beautifully restored Castle, creating memorable experiences for our guests. You will greet guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, answer queries about the menu, and make suggestions. You will also take ownership of guests' requirements and food allergies, follow Health and Safety and Food Safety procedures, and effectively communicate with colleagues and managers.

What We Offer

  • Part-time permanent position with approximately 24 hours per week worked
  • 8 hour shifts between 7am and 11pm
  • A competitive hourly rate of £11.92 per hour depending on experience
  • A share of service charge and tips every 2 months

Relais & Châteaux Thornbury Castle
