About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Department Supervisor to join our team at Halfords. As a key member of our sales floor leadership team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of a department, supervising and coaching others to deliver market-leading standards to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coach a small team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Work closely with the store management team to support the delivery of sales floor operations
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance team performance
  • Manage stock levels and maintain a high level of store presentation
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive store culture
