About the Role

The Stumble Inn is our on-campus bar at Myerscough College, playing a significant part in the social lives of our students. We also hire out our facility for functions and events when our students aren't here.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day running of the College bar in collaboration with our Equine, Sport & Events Manager.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable experience for students and commercial clients.
  • Work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies for improving the bar's operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with all safeguarding policies and practices, prioritizing student safety and wellbeing.
Requirements
  • Previous bar experience, although full training will be provided.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
