Site Supervisor

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Operative to join our team at the Eric Wright Group. As a Cleaning Operative, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our NHS client's site.
Key Responsibilities:- Clean and maintain designated areas, including toilets and shower areas, to the highest standards.
- Operate powered equipment, such as vacuum cleaners and polishers, to ensure a clean and safe environment.
- Move items of furniture as required to facilitate cleaning and maintenance.
- Comply with health and safety regulations, including the Health and Safety at Work Act, and report any incidents or hazards to the Cleaning Supervisor.
- Assist in other establishments as required, and attend meetings as requested.
- Pursue personal development and skills training to enhance your performance in the role.
- Previous experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, patients, and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
- A competitive salary of £12.00 per hour.
