Our four-star Delta Hotels by Marriott Preston is a stunning Victorian manor house set amidst beautiful gardens, offering a unique blend of charm and elegance. Located just off the M6 motorway, it's easily accessible by car and public transport.
As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about culinary excellence. You'll work closely with our Brew Bar and Cast Iron Bar and Grill Restaurant teams to provide exceptional service and create unforgettable experiences for our guests.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a team of staff to ensure seamless service delivery
- Inspecting work areas and staff uniforms for quality and presentation
- Coaching, hiring, and developing team members to achieve their full potential
- Preparing and monitoring Restaurant Breakfast Service areas for optimal guest comfort
- Providing warm welcomes, advising guests on menu options, and answering questions about products and services
- Recording transactions in the MICROS till system
- Providing food and beverage service, including alcohol and non-vegetarian items
- Communicating with the kitchen regarding menu questions, wait times, and product availability
- Completing closing duties, including cash handling and banking
- Reporting maintenance and security issues to supervisors
- Participating in training and development programs
