As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about providing outstanding service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team of staff to ensure seamless service delivery
- Inspecting work areas and staff uniforms to maintain high standards
- Coaching, hiring, and developing team members to achieve their full potential
- Preparing and monitoring restaurant areas for service and guest comfort
- Providing exceptional service, including advising guests on menu options and answering questions about products and services
- Recording transactions accurately and efficiently
- Communicating with the kitchen to ensure smooth service delivery
- Completing closing duties, including cash handling and banking
- Reporting maintenance and security issues to supervisors
