**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mental Health Ward Manager to join our team at The Healthcare Hub. As a key member of our nursing department, you will play a vital role in the overall management of our ward, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and support.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist the Ward Manager in the overall management of the ward, including staffing, budget management, and policy implementation.
  • Lead and support the nursing team in delivering high standards of care, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' mental health conditions and develop individualized care plans.
  • Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and quality assurance processes.
  • Manage patient admissions, discharges, and transfers in coordination with other healthcare professionals.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Mental Health Nursing.
  • Active NMC Pin.
  • Experience in Acute Mental Health.
