We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious professional to fill the role of Director of Industrial Recruitment with our esteemed company, Recruitment Pursuits Ltd. Based in Sheffield, this is an exceptional opportunity for a talented Manager to lead a successful branch, drive business growth, and deliver top-notch recruitment services.
Main Responsibilities:
- To develop and execute comprehensive business strategies, maximizing performance and ensuring excellence in recruitment services.
- To manage and motivate a team of consultants, providing guidance and support to achieve outstanding results.
- To foster strong relationships with clients, representing their brand effectively and delivering tailored solutions.
Key Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in business development, sales team management, and commercial acumen. They must be passionate, responsive, and driven to succeed, with a proven track record of achieving business objectives. In addition to these skills, they should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. The annual salary for this position is £55,000, which includes a bonus scheme, 24 days' holiday, pension, company car or allowance, and healthcare benefits.
