A Senior Business Development Manager / Head of Sales Recruitment is required to lead the development and execution of strategic business growth plans. This role will drive revenue growth, expand market share, and enhance our reputation as a leading recruitment company in the UK.

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Business Development Manager. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth, building relationships, and developing and executing sales strategies. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing business growth strategies
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Identifying new business opportunities and pursuing leads
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
