About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Complaints Resolution Specialist to join our team in Ipswich. As a Complaints Resolution Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our service excellence objectives by resolving complaints and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner, using your excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Investigate internal errors that pose risk to the company, taking accountability for customer care.
  • Cultivate relationships with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and information sharing.

About You: To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in customer service, dispute resolution, or a related field. You must be able to work independently, think critically, and demonstrate empathy when dealing with customers. Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will enable you to articulate complex information effectively. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple cases simultaneously.

  • A competitive salary of £29,000-£31,000 per annum.
