Customer Complaints Specialist Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our customer service team as a Customer Complaints Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner, providing timely and accurate resolutions that meet the needs of our customers.

About the Role:

  • This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday with flexible hours available
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with customers and stakeholders

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Initial contact with clients raising concerns, addressing each case with a professional and empathetic approach
  2. Conduct thorough investigations, gathering necessary details and documentation to fully understand each situation
  3. Offer timely and accurate resolutions, adhering to company policies and industry standards
  4. Document and manage all communications related to complaint cases, ensuring detailed and clear records are maintained
  5. Collaborate with other teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance the customer experience
  6. Analyse trends in customer complaints and provide recommendations for ongoing improvement
