Key ResponsibilitiesAs an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert technical assistance to end-users, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems. This includes:
- Technical support via phone, email, and in-person
- Hardware, software, and network issue resolution
- Computer systems and peripheral installation, configuration, and maintenance
- Printer, scanner, and peripheral troubleshooting
- Ticketing system documentation and issue tracking
- Brief user training on IT systems and software
- On-site support at various locations as needed
