Key Responsibilities

As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert technical assistance to end-users, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems. This includes:

  • Hardware, software, and network issue resolution
  • Computer systems and peripheral installation, configuration, and maintenance
  • Printer, scanner, and peripheral troubleshooting
  • Ticketing system documentation and issue tracking
  • Brief user training on IT systems and software
  • On-site support at various locations as needed
