We are seeking an experienced Security Risk Posture Analyst to join our team at AXA XL. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the company's security risk posture by working closely with subject matter experts to identify temporary exceptions to the Information Security Policy. Your primary focus will be on supporting business and IT stakeholders in developing Risk Acknowledgement and Mitigation Plans (RAMPs) and ensuring they are properly formatted and complete.

You will also be responsible for animating the weekly RAMP Review Group, maintaining an audit track of all RAMP decisions, and managing the RAMP register. Moreover, you will become familiar with changes to the policy and produce monthly reporting to local IT, Security, and Risk governance on residual risks and monitored risks.

To succeed in this role, you must possess a Master's degree in a related field, 5 years of professional experience in Risk Management or Information Security, and expert analytical and reporting skills. You should be fluent in English, have excellent attention to detail, and be able to create clear, concise presentations. Experience working in multinational companies, strong knowledge of Risk management frameworks, and effective knowledge of Information Security frameworks are also highly desirable. Average salary for this position is $100,000 per year.
