Senior Social Care Specialist

**Job Overview**
Hampshire County Council is seeking a highly skilled Children's Social Worker to join its team. As part of the Graduate Social Worker Training Scheme, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a supportive and challenging environment.

**Salary and Benefits**
The estimated salary for this role is £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive 25 days' annual leave, rising to 28 days based on length of service, and 5 personal development days per year.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a degree in Social Work or a related field and be registered with Social Work England. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
