About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Specialist Care Assistant to join our team in Winchester. As a key member of our Specialist Care Support Team, you will play a crucial part in supporting an individual to live a meaningful and fulfilling life.

The purpose of this role is to empower the individual to achieve their life goals and aspirations through social, emotional, physical, and cultural requirements in a person-centred way, as outlined in their individualised care plan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To provide emotional support and companionship to the individual.
  • To assist with daily living tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care.
  • To facilitate social activities and outings, enabling the individual to engage with their community.
