Internal Sales Coordinator

Pertemps Network Group is seeking an organized and motivated Internal Sales Coordinator to play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, supporting the sales team, and contributing to our overall business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team by processing orders, generating quotes, and handling customer inquiries as a Internal sales coordinator.
- Order Management: Manage the order process from receipt to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfilment.
- Customer Communication: Maintain strong relationships with customers, responding to inquiries, updating them on order status, and resolving any issues.
- Data Entry & Reporting: Update customer databases, track sales activities, and generate regular reports for management as a Internal sales coordinator.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless sales operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks, preferably as a Internal sales coordinator.
