About the Opportunity
We are looking for a talented Internal Sales Coordinator to join our team in Leicester. This exciting role offers the chance to work closely with our sales and marketing teams to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer communications, and order statuses.
- Assist in tracking inventory levels, ensuring product availability, and coordinating with other departments for stock replenishment.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and meet business objectives.
- Support customers covering all relevant business operational requirements and general product enquiries.
- Handle logistics requirements, resolve related issues/damages, and liaise with customer and internal departments.
- Generate sales reports and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in a sales coordination or administrative support role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software.
