About Our Client:
MICHAEL PAGE (UK) is a leading provider of high-quality custodial furniture, dedicated to creating safe, functional, and comfortable environments for correctional facilities, detention centers, and other secure institutions.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team in Internal Business Development. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating and nurturing leads, building customer relationships, and closing sales over the phone.
Your primary focus will be on developing a deep understanding of our client's custodial furniture products to effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential customers. You will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers, providing excellent customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of our client's custodial furniture products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Accurately record all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Respond to incoming sales inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Prepare and send quotes, follow up on proposals, and close sales.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telesales, preferably having experience dealing with Main Contractors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
