About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Phone Sales Executive to join our team at Recra Consulting.

As a Phone Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales by contacting potential or existing customers over the phone. You will also be required to secure meetings for our field service team, answer questions about our products and services, and direct prospects to our field sales team when needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about our products or services
  • Securing meetings for the field service team
  • Answering questions about products or the company
  • DIRECTING PROSPECTS TO THE FIELD SALES TEAM WHEN NEEDED
  • Entering and updating customer information in the database
  • Going the 'extra mile' to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
  • Keeping records of calls and sales and noting useful information
Requirements and Skills
  • Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
  • Able to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be between £25,000 and £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive commission structure and excellent benefits package.

This role involves working Monday to Friday, 11am to 7pm, which provides a great work-life balance. Our offices are easily accessible by public transport, making it easy to get to and from work.
