Sales Coordinator Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-focused Sales Coordinator to join our team at Pertemps Bond. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless sales operations, effective communication with customers, and efficient order management.

Key Accountabilities
  1. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer communications, and order statuses.
  2. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and meet business objectives.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and ensuring timely delivery of products.
  4. Support logistics requirements, including handling damages and liaising with internal departments.
  5. Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of sales coordination experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
